Job summary

Peraton is seeking a PMO Systems Administrator to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role supports the Program Management Office on a large enterprise-contract, requiring 1880 hours per year at a contractor location.

Responsibilities include implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems, managing infrastructure, and delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support with effective communication to agency management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five years' SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level 1 (Security+ minimum) requirements.
• Experience with modern operating systems and network architectures (1 year).
• Experience in certification and accreditation (IA) and risk assessments.
• Experience patching and upgrading network switches and configuring security groups.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes for desktops, devices and networks.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.

Skills

Excellent oral and written comm.

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Security+ certification (DoD 8570 IAT1

Education
