Job summary

Saicon is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to lead root cause analysis, develop permanent corrective actions, and monitor both internal and external quality indicators. The role requires coordinating engineering changes with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and robust product evaluation before full implementation.

The candidate will act as the main contact for engineering quality, driving data-driven decisions, and delivering third-party metrics.

Qualifications

• Perform root cause analysis of quality issues using advanced problem-solving tools (Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, Design of Experiments, etc.).
• Recommend and implement cost-effective permanent corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators.
• Manage engineering changes with a cross-functional team to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct product evaluation tests to ensure robustness of product or process change before full implementation.
• Act as the point of contact for engineering quality and all product-related incidents.
• Ensure delivery of third-party quality metrics and provide creative thinking to data analysis.
• Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment.
• Establish partnerships both internally and externally.
• Influence without direct authority and demonstrate commitment to delivering a premier product to the consumer.
• Represent the Voice of the Customer to the platform teams and contribute to team success by clarifying expectations and minimizing political hurdles.
• Demonstrate unwavering commitment to delivering results and champion achievements.
