Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Quality Manager Specialist for the North America Cross Car Line, based in Auburn Hills, MI. The role focuses on standardizing manufacturing quality enablers and driving cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality issues.

Ideal candidates will leverage advanced problem-solving tools, analyze quality data, and lead initiatives that ensure robust product quality.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited B.S. in Engineering.
• Experience with Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, Design of Experiments.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collect and synthesize data and communicate to all levels.
• Experience with computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of quality issues using advanced tools.
• Manage engineering changes with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct product evaluation tests before full implementation.
• Be the point of contact for engineering quality incidents.
• Deliver third-party quality metrics and identify improvements.
• Plan and manage multiple projects in technical and business contexts.
