Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant project coordination/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day work assignments of the PMO team.
• Administer and maintain project management tooling used by the team.
• Train and onboard new team members to PMO standards.
• Triage routine issues and elevate when schedule/budget/stakeholders require.
• Hire, appraise, and advise on pay reviews; partner with Manager on terminations or PIP.
• Model documentation and meeting-hygiene standards.
