PMO Project Manager, Software Development

Our client is a leading and sizable organization in the industry, providing technology and telecommunications services to both B2B and B2C markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic software development plan in line with SDLC governance
• Drive, direct and manage the team and stakeholders for the delivery of projects to achieve the projects’ objectives
• Monitor the whole delivery cycle and each critical milestone in terms of scope, scheduling, and development standard
• Manage relevant stakeholders to ensure the delivery is aligned to the agreed timeline, scope, and cost
• Identify potential risks and provide timely and appropriate reaction against the found problems, including but not limited to reporting and escalation, stakeholders updating, recommendation, etc. to avoid any discrepancy on timeline, scope, and cost
• Provide regular update of project status to management and project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT Studies, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development project and familiar with SDLC governance
• Strategic thinking with experience as PMO and holder of PMP is an advantage
• Strong commitment, able to work under pressure with tight timelines
• Highly presentable with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
