Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a PMO Engineer in Chandler, AZ to support a high-tech microelectronics project. You will work with site project managers to standardize PM processes, track progress, costs, schedule, and issues, and prepare regular reports for the client and internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial/industrial construction, proficiency in MS Office and PM software, strong organization, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience supporting commercial/industrial construction projects; at least 1 year of advanced technology experience preferred.
• Computer proficient; MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with working knowledge of standard construction/project management software applications.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter.
• Diploma or Degree level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with site project managers to standardize PM processes and reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly progress reports detailing progress, costs, and schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate deficiencies affecting cost or schedule.
• Develop flow charts for administrative reporting and approvals.
• Prepare constructability reviews and minutes from contractor meetings.
• Update submittals, RFIs, COs, and procurement logs.
• Assist in schedule preparation and distribute reports to contractors and client reps.
• Support project close-out documentation.
