Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Chandler, AZ to support field projects through effective materials management for a major microelectronics client. The role emphasizes procurement experience, strong Excel skills, and coordination with suppliers and the Global Supply Chain Management team.

Local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred; per diem is not offered. The position involves day-to-day order management, scheduling, and documentation to ensure on-time deliveries

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• MS Excel proficiency and templates.
• Experience in procurement/supply chain within engineering or construction preferred.
• 1–3 years work experience desired; internships considered.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day order management and tracking.
• Contact suppliers and verify lead times; check ETA changes.
• Update delivery information and follow up on late shipments.
• Maintain databases and procurement records.
• Prepare documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Assist Global Supply Chain Management on project tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
