Formación

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years in project coordination, software operations, order management, or similar.
• Working knowledge of release numbers, patches, compatibility, and versioning.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming software request forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Validate details against contracts, orders, and customer records.
• Maintain the request log and track status, owner, and turnaround time.
• Confirm software versions and alignment with release catalogs and environments.
• Document verified versions for auditable deployment records.
• Audit project records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on request volume, verification, and survey results.
• Support scheduling, meeting notes, action-item tracking, and document control.
