Job summary

Redwire Defense Tech in Huntsville, AL seeks a Project Coordinator I to track progress, facilitate communication, and ensure project requirements meet timelines and budgets.

The role supports AS9100 processes, maintains PM trackers, and coordinates with government clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The position emphasizes organization, multitasking, and proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in government contracting.
• Experience supporting large-scale programs (> $1M annually) and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely deliverables.
• Assist PMs in AS9100 processes and schedule kickoff meetings.
• Maintain risk trackers, customer surveys, and PMO meeting invites.
• Update project trackers, monitor deadlines, and flag changes to ECDs.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, including government clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow up actions; track milestones and budgets.
