Job summary

REDFIRE DEFENSE TECH in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Project Coordinator I to support government contracting programs. You will track progress, facilitate communications, and ensure requirements are met within timelines and budgets.

You will coordinate activities, assist PMs with AS9100 processes, manage trackers, and serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders, including subcontractors and government clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in government contracting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting large scale programs (over $1M annually).
• Ability to manage several tasks at once and exercise independent judgment in daily administration of projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Assist PMs in executing AS9100 processes, including scheduling and documenting Contract Kick-Off Meetings.
• Ensure PMs review and update Risk Trackers and distribute Customer Surveys.
• Manage PMO meeting invites and facilitate meetings (Updates, Tag-Ups, Risk Reviews, KPI Reviews).
• Maintain PMO trackers and update stakeholders on ECD changes.
• Monitor Global Support RMA trackers and notify PMs of stale status.
• Create and update high-level schedules and serve as ADS point of contact for updates.
