Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America is seeking a PMO-enabled professional to support project delivery across Finance and shared services initiatives. You will coordinate activities across GBS towers, track milestones and risks, and prepare status updates for governance reviews.

In this hybrid role based near Malvern, PA, you will work with executive stakeholders to drive standardization, automation, and value realization of digital initiatives, including Celonis deployments and ERP-related projects.

Qualifications

• Curious, analytical mindset; strong communication across functions.
• Ability to organize work, solve problems, and follow through in fast-paced PM environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across GBS towers and business stakeholders.
• Track milestones and risks; prepare status updates and governance materials.
• Organize stakeholder discussions and maintain momentum toward delivery commitments.
• Support adoption, risk tracking, and benefits realization across major GBS initiatives.
