Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is valued.
Familiarity with project governance practices.

Responsibilities

Implement engineering improvement plans based on KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Support planning cycles and prepare performance reports for S&OP.
Enhance governance practices and standardize processes across projects.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Track and analyze engineering performance metrics and dependencies.
Assist with data consolidation and reporting for better decision-making.
