Job summary

CEL Critical Power is seeking a PMO Controller/Specialist to maintain governance, scheduling, forecasting, and portfolio controls on-site in Williamsburg, VA. The role interfaces with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production and Finance to ensure data integrity and informed decision-making.

You will build Power BI dashboards, manage project lifecycle governance, and drive continuous improvement across the PMO while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline is required.
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and ability to navigate SharePoint.
Experience with Power BI (especially Capacity Charts) and ERP systems exposure.

Responsibilities

Own project governance from sales-to-operations handover through project closeout.
Manage variation orders, baselines, scope, schedule and cost.
Lead portfolio reviews covering performance, margin, schedule adherence, risks.
Drive recovery planning for at-risk projects with cross-functional teams.
Prepare portfolio reporting, forecasting and executive dashboards.
