Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Program Management Office (PMO) Senior Program Manager within our Program and Portfolio Management service line. The role will be focused within our Real Estate sector – the ideal candidate will have experience across multi sectors and have transferrable skills.

Our program leadership requires 7+ years in construction program management, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of leading capital investment plans valued up to $100M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years in the construction industry.
• Proven record of implementing processes on construction programs.
• Experience managing a program of connected projects valued $10M–$100M.
• Proficient with data management software for analytics and QA.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to prioritize workload.
• Strong stakeholder communication with design teams and clients.
• Ability to present program reports clearly with risks and milestones.
• Leadership to balance commercial objectives with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop the defined programs' strategic business case across projects.
• Define and realize benefits and success criteria aligned to the case.
• Gather and document execution scope requirements in a program charter.
• Define the program RACI and responsibilities.
• Document lean processes and procedures for program management.
• Produce and maintain the program framework and delivery methodology.
