Lumen in Washington DC area is seeking a PMO-focused Program Manager to track deliverables, maintain documentation, and ensure alignment with IT lifecycle and SDLC standards. You will interact with clients and senior management, supervise others, and influence project outcomes.

This full-time role emphasizes data accuracy, standardized templates, and governance across programs, delivering dashboards and insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience tracking, monitoring, and updating status of program deliverables.
• Ability to apply processes to ensure data currency, validity, and relevance.
• Experience maintaining PMO document library and project templates.
• Experience supporting process analysis, mapping, improvements, reporting, and communications.
• Translate business processes into workflows and dashboards.
• Maintain IT lifecycle documentation for Waterfall and Agile SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Track and report status of program and project deliverables.
• Ensure data accuracy and relevance across PMO artifacts and reporting.
• Maintain centralized PMO document library and templates.
• Support program, project, and portfolio activities including process analysis and reporting.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve visibility.
• Maintain IT lifecycle docs supporting Agile and SDLC artifacts.
• Provide oversight for Enterprise SDLC reviews and change management.
