Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IT PMO Program Manager in a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, to establish, operate, and continuously improve PMO governance, standards, and reporting routines. You will lead governance across a portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives and coach IT Project Managers to align with organizational priorities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in PMO/portfolio management, PMP certification, and experience with EPIC.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years experience in project, program, or portfolio management for cross-functional technology initiatives.
• 3+ years leading a PMO, program portfolio, or enterprise governance process.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Employment Type: Direct Placement / Permanent

Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 annually

Insight Global is seeking a PMO Program Manager to establish, operate, and continuously improve IT PMO Governance, standards, templates, methodologies, and reporting routines. The IT PMO Program Manager will lead the governance and oversight of a portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives, including project intake and prioritization, portfolio planning, resource coordination, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting. This individual will directly manage and coach IT Project Managers while partnering with IT and business leadership to ensure projects are aligned with organizational priorities and delivered successfully.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years' experience in project, program, or portfolio management for cross-functional technology initiatives
• 3+ years' experience leading a PMO, program portfolio, or enterprise governance process
• PMP or comparable program management certification
• Experience with EPIC

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Agile certification (ex. CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe)
• Master’s degree in business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Experience building, establishing, or maturing an IT PMO
• Previous hospital/health system experience
