Job summary

Scottish Rite for Children in Dallas, TX seeks an IT Project Management Office Program Manager to lead governance, portfolio planning, and cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives. You will supervise IT Project Managers, align projects with strategy, and drive value with executive reporting and risk management.

Candidates should have a strong PMO background in healthcare or regulated environments, Agile expertise, and Epic EMR knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/business/healthcare or related field.
• 7+ years in project/program/portfolio management with complex initiatives.
• 3+ years leading a PMO or enterprise governance process.
• Demonstrated Agile experience with backlog, ceremonies, planning.
• Epic EMR knowledge across workflows and integrations.
• PM/Agile certifications (PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM/PSM/SAFe).
• Experience maturing PMO in healthcare/nonprofit or regulated env.
• Knowledge of clinical/business platforms, security, data integration.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve PMO governance, templates, and reporting.
• Lead intake, prioritization, sequencing of technology initiatives.
• Maintain portfolio roadmap; oversee plans, budgets, risks, deps.
• Prepare dashboards and executive briefings; governance materials.
• Define scope, outcomes, ownership, success measures with leaders.
• Coordinate resources; resolve capacity constraints and conflicts.
• Provide program-level leadership across cross-functional workstreams.
• Establish change control, risk management, and closure processes.
• Supervise IT Project Managers; performance, recruitment, and development.
• Coach teams in governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery practices.
• Monitor vendor commitments, contracts, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Promote change management and transition to operations.
