Pickett USA, a leading surveying and engineering firm, seeks a Manager in the PMO in Austin. You will lead a team of project managers and controllers, shaping PMO templates, reporting tools, and controls to deliver complex engineering programs for utilities.

You will drive portfolio performance, mentor staff, and align projects with safety and quality goals. The role combines hands-on leadership with process ownership, overseeing budgets, schedules, and client relationships while pursuing new

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering.
• 15+ years of experience managing engineering or infrastructure projects.
• PE registration or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).
• Experience managing large-scale utility programs or complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, client relationship management, and business development skills.
• Some travel is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of project managers and project controllers; provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring.
• Develop and manage PMO processes, standards, tools, and reporting across the organization.
• Oversee delivery of large-scale engineering programs for public-owned and investor-owned electric utilities; ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program performance, risks, and opportunities to clients and leadership.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Project Controls for accurate financial reporting, invoicing, and forecasting.
