Job summary

Pickett, an ESP Associates company, is a highly innovative surveying and engineering firm with 60+ years of experience serving clients across the US and Caribbean. As a Project Manager, you will oversee technical and financial aspects of projects, develop client relationships, and market Pickett's services.

You will manage utilities projects, monitor scope, schedule, budget, safety, and coordinate with Engineering Leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of related experience (required).
• PE registration or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).
• Previous project management experience with a utility or engineering consulting firm is highly desired.
• Experience in transmission line design and management (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and financial aspects of projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and market Pickett’s services to existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with Engineering Leads and Managers to track and execute client deliverables.
• Prepare bid documents, proposals, and cost estimates; support marketing with scope and budgets.
