A leading company is seeking a PMO Manager to oversee the Global Corporate Services Project Management Office. This role involves managing project managers, driving project execution, and fostering collaboration across departments. The PMO Manager leads the Global Corporate Services (GCS) Project Management Office (PMO) team, overseeing project/program managers who plan and execute the delivery of projects across multiple GCS departments, including IT, Finance, HR, and Legal, and the entire firm globally. As a team leader, you will foster an inclusive, high-performing culture by implementing best practices in project management and facilitating cross-functional collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
The PMO Manager will drive maturity in project execution, risk and issue management, reporting, and project portfolio management. While overseeing the PMO team, you may also directly manage individual projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with GCS leadership and other key stakeholders across the firm to ensure successful project outcomes.
Successful candidates will be well-organized self-starters, adept at managing shifting priorities and deadlines in a dynamic and highly decentralized environment. We seek collaborative individuals skilled at facilitating cross-team communication and working with various roles and work styles. Flexibility in applying project management methodologies to specific initiatives is critical. Candidates should excel at balancing the needs of leadership, stakeholders, committees, and internal clients through a consultative approach.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Programs and IT Business Operations within GCS.
This is a remote role. The posting closes on June 30th, 2025.
The salary range is $104,900 - $207,720, with variations based on location and other factors.
