Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across the division and enterprise. You will develop governance, manage multi-team initiatives, and drive significant improvements aligned with strategic goals.

Strong execution, collaboration, and communication are essential to delivering measurable outcomes. You will partner with enterprise program directors and business/technology teams, shape risk and issue management, and foster an enterprise

Qualifications

Proven project/program management experience with strategic initiatives.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams using standard PM artifacts.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across levels.
PMP or equivalent certification required.
Experience with Agile delivery and PM tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans aligned with governance.
Manage day-to-day project activities including requirements, metrics, risks, and dependencies.
Navigate stakeholder relationships and manage conflicts and political aspects.
Innovate strategies and tools to overcome barriers and improve delivery.
Collaborate with global colleagues providing strategic guidance and leadership.
Make independent project decisions with strategic foresight.
Incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback to refine plans.
Customize plans for sensitive projects or data.
