S&P Global Energy is seeking a Program Manager to join the Energy PMO. You will lead multi-team, cross-functional programs from discovery to execution, aligning governance, strategy, and delivery to enable enterprise-wide impact.

Ideal candidates bring strong program management, stakeholder collaboration, and PMP-level credentials, with experience in Agile delivery and PM tooling. This is a full-time role based in the United States.

Qualificações

• Proven project/program management experience with strategic initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams using standard tools (charter, project plan, RAID, RACI, etc.).
• Strong leadership and collaboration across all organizational levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans aligned with governance structures.
• Manage day-to-day project activities: requirements, metrics, risks, dependencies, communications.
• Navigate stakeholder relationships and drive changes across the organization.
• Proactively incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine plans.
• Lead and collaborate with global colleagues to deliver strategic initiatives.
