Proven project / program management experience with strategic initiatives.
Lead cross-functional project teams using standard PM tools (charter, plan, RAID, RACI, SOPs).
Strong leadership and collaboration across all organizational levels.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to set priorities independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee project plans aligned with governance structures.
Manage day-to-day project activities: requirements, metrics, risks, dependencies, communications.
Navigate stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, manage political aspects.
Innovate strategies and tools to overcome barriers to success.
Collaborate with global colleagues, provide strategic guidance and leadership.
Make independent project decisions with strategic foresight.
Incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback to refine plans.
Customize plans for sensitive projects/data needs.
