Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced leader to head the Newbuild PMO, driving governance, standards, and analytics across the vessel design and construction portfolio.

You will help ensure consistency, transparency, organizational learning, and data-driven decision making across all phases of vessel design and construction. You will collaborate with project teams, shipyards, consultants, and operational stakeholders to enable continuous improvement and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in PMO leadership, management consulting, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of the Newbuild PMO.
• Develop governance frameworks, workflows, and stage-gate processes.
• Own the Newbuild Management System including procedures and governance.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to identify trends and improvements.
• Coordinate data collection and analysis across engineering, design, construction, and operations.
