Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a PMO Business Analyst to partner with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement to document capabilities and address business challenges. You will support requirements gathering, process design, testing, and project documentation under the GTO Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business process design, requirements gathering, and translating business requirements for development, using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Document system requirements, including integration between multiple systems, define scope and objectives, and support the creation of system specifications that drive development and implementation.
• Evaluate user requests for system automation to determine feasibility, technical requirements, and business impact.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit business requirements and liaise directly with end users.
• Partner with business and GTO team members to map existing processes and design improved ones.
• Assess and analyze existing processes and data to identify improvement opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders for discussion.
• Support stakeholders throughout the full project life cycle to define, design, and implement software solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between Operations and GTO, gathering business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
• Identify improvement opportunities, both proactive and reactive, across assigned business processes.
