Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a PMO Manager to scale program management across its development portfolio. You will partner with Program Managers and molecule teams to define processes, templates, and tools that improve planning, collaboration, and delivery.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, driving adoption of new PMO capabilities, and establishing metrics to measure impact. Strong communication and change management skills are essential in a fast‑growing biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead program management in biotech/pharma settings.
• Experience building scalable PMO processes, templates & standards.
• Strong cross-functional influence and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with training/adoption experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Managers and molecule teams to improve planning, execution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop, implement and improve PMO processes, templates, standards & tools across the portfolio.
• Support development of integrated planning tools showing milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and translate insights into practical PMO solutions.
• Drive adoption of new PMO capabilities with guidance, training and communications.
• Establish metrics to measure PMO tool effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Development and other functions to evolve PMO capabilities as the portfolio grows.
