Qualifications

• BA/BS with 8 years in life sciences or MSc with 6 years in a scientific field.
• Strong program management fundamentals, including integrated planning and milestone tracking.
• Working knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable PMO processes and tools.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Managers and molecule teams to identify opportunities to improve program planning, execution, communication, and cross-functional ways of working.
• Developing, implementing, and improving program management processes, tools, templates, and standards that increase consistency and effectiveness across the development portfolio.
• Supporting the development and adoption of integrated planning tools that provide visibility into key milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and program deliverables.
• Gathering feedback from Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, identify common challenges and emerging needs, and translate those insights into practical PMO solutions.
• Driving implementation and sustained adoption of new PMO capabilities by developing guidance, training, communications, and resources.
• Establishing metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of PMO tools and processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partnering across Development and other functions to align program management practices, share best practices, and ensure PMO capabilities evolve as RevMed's portfolio and organization grow.
