GE Vernova is seeking a part-time AI Program Support Associate to help bring AI to the forefront of our Financial Services operations in Stamford, CT. The role focuses on translating business needs into AI roadmaps, coordinating across AI, DT infra, and FS teams, and piloting AI tools such as Amazon Quick and MS Co-pilot.

You will contribute to governance, training, and adoption efforts while delivering measurable AI value within a 6–9 month horizon.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in MBA program with 2027 graduation.
• Quantitative or finance background required.
• Experience in energy sector, financial services, and AI literacy preferred.
• Strong project management and on-time delivery track record.
• Team leadership experience and self-starter attitude.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Available to work 20 hours per week, with some in-office time.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable AI roadmaps and 6–9 month plans.
• Facilitate collaboration between AI data science, infrastructure, and FS teams.
• Manage AI tool development and rollout from prototype/PoC stages.
• Provide AI governance input to ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in pilots and gain expertise in tools like Amazon Quick and MS Co-pilot.
• Generate ideas and develop useful AI tools for FS functions.
• Drive adoption of cross‑business AI solutions with training and outreach.
• Monitor KPIs for AI impact and support other strategic initiatives.
