Job summary

Landor is seeking a Program Director for our Chicago studio to lead strategy, governance, and day‑to‑day operations of the project portfolio. You will drive efficiency, optimize resources, and align projects with business outcomes in a fast-paced creative agency.

You bring PMO leadership, portfolio management expertise, strong stakeholder relations, and excellent analytical skills. The role requires experience in a global, matrixed environment and a PMP or equivalent credential.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading or working within a PMO.
Experience managing complex project portfolios in professional services, consulting, marketing, branding, or agency settings.
Strong governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and operational excellence.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
PMP certification or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

Direct strategy, governance, and day-to-day operations of Landor’s project portfolio.
Serve as the operational backbone to ensure efficient delivery and optimized resources.
Oversee client engagements and brand transformation initiatives with financial alignment.
Lead through influence in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
