Job summary

Deloitte’s GPS practice is seeking a Strategy Growth & Transformation Consultant to help clients modernize technology and business processes, with a focus on sustainability and operational readiness. You will join a team of specialists in manufacturing, logistics, analytics, and digital transformation.

You’ll work across supply chain planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution, applying data-driven insights to improve efficiency, resilience, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
• Must hold an Active Secret Clearance
• Ability to be on-site in Huntsville, AL 5 days/week
• 2-5 years experience
• Background in Supply Chain/Logistics: Deep understanding of planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution processes
• Proficient in Data Analysis: Ability to work with enterprise data (ERP, maintenance, procurement) and translate findings into business insights
• Strong and proven Project Management skills

Work You’ll Do

As a Consultant, Strategy Growth & Transformation you will:

• Step into the role of Program Management Office Support engaged in modernization of the client's technology and business processes to ensure sustainability and operational readiness
• Play a pivotal role in transforming the efficiency, agility, and resilience of client-owned manufacturing, maintenance, and repair operation
• Work at the intersection of supply chain best practices, data analysis, and logistics while supporting facilities modernize both technology and business processes to ensure sustainability and operational readiness
