Job summary

Deloitte GPS is seeking a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation within the Supply Chain & Network Operations team in Cincinnati to support government clients with risk management strategy, governance, and guidebook development. You will work with cross‑government stakeholders to align frameworks, policies, and enterprise reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain risk management, supply chain strategy, or operational risk management.
• 4+ years of experience with NIST RMF and supply chain risk management frameworks.
• 4+ years of experience authoring technical documentation, guidebooks, policies, or governance materials.
• 4+ years of experience facilitating working sessions and providing policy analysis across stakeholder groups.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Willingness to travel 20% on average.
• Willingness to travel onsite 5 days a week in Cincinnati, OH.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage comments resolution and feedback adjudication processes to support enterprise review and governance activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align supply chain risk management activities with broader defense and government standards.

Work You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain risk management, supply chain strategy, or operational risk management
• 4+ years of experience with National Institute of Standards and Technology Risk Management Framework and supply chain risk management frameworks
• 4+ years of experience authoring technical documentation, guidebooks, policies, or governance materials
• 4+ years of experience facilitating working sessions and providing policy analysis and advisory support across stakeholder groups
• Active Secret Clearance
• Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Ability to travel onsite 5 days a week in Cincinnati, OH
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience supporting defense, federal, or large public sector organizations
• 5+ years of experience with International Organization for Standardization 31000 or National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publication 800-161
• 5+ years of experience supporting comments resolution, governance reviews, or enterprise policy adjudication processes
• 5+ years of experience developing executive-ready deliverables for senior government stakeholders
