Deloitte’s Government & Public Services GPS team seeks an Operations Integration and Delivery, Managed Services Manager to oversee a DoD-focused workstream onsite at Hanscom Base. The role drives delivery, governance, and stakeholder coordination across programs, teams, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years supporting defense programs in PMO operations, governance development, risk management, and executive reporting, with a DoD Top Secret clearance and US

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance is required.
  • Ability to work onsite at Hanscom Base is required.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting DoD or defense-sector programs in PMO operations, modernization, process improvement, or organizational change.
  • 3+ years of experience managing workstreams with multiple stakeholders, teams, vendors, subcontractors, and interdependent milestones.
  • 3+ years of experience developing governance frameworks, SOPs, execution plans, SLAs, KPIs, or program reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience with risk assessment, mitigation planning, issue escalation, executive reporting, and security/compliance in government contracting environments.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

  • Leading day-to-day delivery of an assigned workstream, including scope, schedule, resources, milestones, risks, quality, governance, and deliverables
  • Driving convergence across programs, teams, workflows, infrastructure, mission systems, and service-delivery activities
  • Translating mission objectives and stakeholder requirements into integration plans, SOPs, dependency maps, service-level requirements, and decision materials
  • Facilitating requirements, integration, risk, and stakeholder working sessions while documenting decisions, actions, owners, dependencies, and next steps
  • Monitoring contractor and subcontractor performance, recurring status reporting, performance metrics, escalations, and executive briefings to support task-order execution and compliance requirements

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.
