Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support a complex Intelligence Community modernization program in a fast-paced federal environment. You will work with program leadership, technical teams, contracts, and finance to collect information, track milestones, and prepare authoritative program reporting.

The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain it, a Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years supporting federal programs.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements.
• Active TS clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years supporting Federal government programs.
• Experience with status reporting, schedule tracking, and deliverable coordination.
• Familiarity with Federal contracting environments and program documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager with day-to-day program management, coordination, and reporting.
• Coordinate development, review, and submission of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.
• Track contract deliverables, milestones, due dates, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates from leads.
• Maintain program trackers: risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, milestones.
• Prepare standard program templates, status reports, dashboards, and customer briefings.
• Coordinate inputs from technical teams, finance, contracts, and subcontractors for reporting.
• Prepare agendas and materials for meetings and track action items through closure.
• Assist with customer reviews and milestone events (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Review deliverables for completeness and alignment with requirements.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance reporting including EVM where applicable.
• Maintain organized program documentation per standards.
