Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a highly organized PMO Analyst to support an Intelligence Community modernization program. You will coordinate day-to-day program activities, manage schedules and artifacts, and help deliver accurate reporting across multiple teams in a fast-paced federal setting.

The ideal candidate has a TS clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI access, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 3+ years supporting federal programs, with strong MS Office and project management tool

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements.
  • Active TS clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI access and CI Polygraph; priority to those with CI Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years supporting Federal government programs or complex projects.
  • Experience with status reporting, schedule tracking, deliverable coordination, and meeting support.
  • Experience coordinating information across multiple teams and Stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams; familiarity with MS Project and Jira.
  • Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager with day-to-day program management, coordination, and reporting activities.
  • Coordinate development, review, and submission of CDRL deliverables for timely delivery.
  • Track contract deliverables, milestones, and due dates; follow up with team members.
  • Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule by collecting updates from leads.
  • Maintain program trackers: risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain standard templates, status reports, dashboards, materials, and briefings.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, finance, contracts, subcontractors and stakeholders for inputs.
  • Support customer meetings with agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking.
  • Assist with customer reviews and milestone events (SRR, PDR, CDR, quarterly reviews).
  • Review deliverables for completeness and conformance to requirements.
  • Support cost, schedule, and performance reporting, including EVM when applicable.
  • Maintain organized program documentation per standards.
