Intone Inc. seeks an experienced PMO Analyst to support project delivery in a manufacturing environment. This 6-month contract in Omaha, Nebraska offers a hybrid work setup with travel to the office every other week, with travel expenses reimbursed.

You will track performance, build dashboards in Power BI, manage schedules in MS Project, and ensure PMO standards are followed while coordinating SAP-related milestones and budgets.

Competenze

• 6–7 years of total work experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project/program support role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support the delivery of projects and programs in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• Required
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (boards, backlogs, sprints, work item tracking, reporting)
  • Proven experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, data visualization)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Project (scheduling, dependencies, critical path, baselines, resource management)
  • 6–7 years of total work experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project/program support role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences

• Preferred
  • Experience working in an SAP environment (e.g., SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects)
  • PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification
  • Experience connecting Azure DevOps data to Power BI for automated reporting
  • Familiarity with portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview, Project Online, Smartsheet)
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying tools
  • Exposure to project financial tracking and budget forecasting
