Job summary

Luster seeks PMIS Configuration Consultants to configure, implement, and support PMIS across highways, bridges, rail, aviation, and water sectors. You will build modules for budget, cost, schedule, risk, and reporting, partnering with project controls teams to ensure audit-ready data.

Roles cover varying experience levels, with travel up to 50%. Candidates should have 3+ years configuring enterprise software, and strong SQL/Python skills for data automation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years implementing, integrating, configuring software systems (Unifier, P6, Kahua or Procore).
• Experience configuring workflows, security roles, and user access in enterprise platforms.
• Experience building integrations between systems via APIs and structured data formats.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with hierarchical data structures (WBS, CBS, COA).
• Strong reporting and dashboard development experience for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure PMIS processes for budgets, costs, risk, and earned value.
• Set up security roles and integrations between PMIS, scheduling, document management, and ERP systems.
• Develop data models and dashboards for integrated reporting.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation across systems.
• Collaborate with project controls managers and schedulers to meet reporting needs.
• Support end-user training on PMIS configurations and reporting tools.
