Job summary

Luster National, Inc. seeks PMIS Configuration Consultants to configure, implement, and support PMIS across large-scale infrastructure programs in the U.S. You will build PMIS modules for budget, cost, schedule, risk, and reporting, partnering with project controls to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.

This role is part of a talent pool for future needs, with up to 50% travel. Candidates may be activated in the talent pool and notified when projects arise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing, integrating, and configuring software systems.
• Experience configuring business processes, workflows, security roles, and user access within an enterprise software platform.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems, including APIs, authentication, and data formats like JSON/XML/CSV.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Experience working with hierarchical data structures (WBS, CBS, COA) and multi-level coding.
• Experience integrating, reconciling, and normalizing data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure PMIS processes for budget, cost, risk, and reporting to support project controls and program management.
• Configure security roles, access, and integrations between PMIS platforms and ERP/d scheduling systems.
• Develop and maintain data models and dashboards for cross-functional reporting.
• Automate data extraction and reconciliation across PMIS using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with project controls managers, cost engineers, and schedulers to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer on PMIS configurations and reporting tools.
