Job summary

Luster National seeks PMIS Configuration Consultants to configure, implement, and support PMIS on large-scale infrastructure programs across highways, bridges, rail, aviation, and water sectors. You’ll build PMIS modules for budget, cost, schedule, risk, and reporting, and partner with project controls teams to keep program data structured, audit ready.

This role involves up to 50% travel; talent pool activation occurs in advance of openings with pool members notified first when needs arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, construction management, business administration (MIS), data analytics, statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years implementing, integrating, and configuring software systems (Unifier, P6, Kahua, or Procore).
• Experience configuring workflows, security roles, and user access in an enterprise platform.
• Experience building integrations between enterprise systems via APIs and structured data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
• Proficiency with SQL and Python, including data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and API-based integrations.
• Experience modeling and shaping large datasets, beyond basic reporting or dashboards.
• Experience with hierarchical data structures (WBS, CBS, COA) and multi-system data reconciliation.
• Experience delivering reports/dashboards aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Configure PMIS processes for budget, cost, change orders, payments, risk, issues, cash flow, and earned value.
• Configure security roles, user access, and integrations between PMIS, scheduling, document management, and ERP systems.
• Configure PMIS modules for cash flow, earned value, and related areas.
• Develop data models and dashboards for integrated reporting across cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation across PMIS and other systems.
• Collaborate with project controls managers, cost engineers, and schedulers to ensure data structures meet program needs.
• Support end-user training and knowledge transfer on PMIS configurations and reporting tools.
