Parsons is seeking a PMIS Business Analyst to join the Owner’s Advisor team supporting the METC Recapitalization program at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. You will configure PMIS, lead discovery, and ensure data-integrated reporting across cost, schedule, and staff workflows.

You will partner with government stakeholders, designers, and contractors to manage risk and support a Progressive Design-Build delivery for five modern dormitories and related facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years PMIS, construction tech, or systems integration.
• Experience with workflows, data models, dashboards, and integrations.
• Ability to map processes, test interfaces, and train users.
• Knowledge of capital program controls (RFIs, submittals, cost tracking).
• Hands-on with PMIS platforms such as Kahua and Forma.

Aufgaben

• Configure and integrate PMIS to track requirements, cost, schedule, quality, and turnover.
• Support workflows and reporting across factory, site, and program levels.
• Lead discovery, document current/future processes, define data needs.
• Configure forms, workflows, dashboards, and interfaces.
• Link schedule, cost, documents, inspections, and asset data with controls.
• Manage changes, testing, data migrations, and release docs.
• Develop and deliver role-based training and user support.
• Coordinate access security, retention, export, handoffs with IT/security.
• Liaise with PMIS vendor for tickets, enhancements, releases, resolutions.
