Job summary

Four Oaks Enterprise in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Youth Counselor for the PMIC South Village program, working with youth aged 12–17 to help them build skills, confidence, and healthy relationships in a structured, supportive setting.

You will provide consistent care, set healthy boundaries, celebrate progress, and show up for youth daily. A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's in a Human Services field is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and a High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field is preferred.
• Desire to help kids succeed, dedication, and reliability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills in a MS Office environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with male and female youth ages 12–17, helping them build skills, confidence, and healthy relationships.
• Stay calm and consistent during challenging moments, providing boundaries and support.
