Four Oaks Enterprise seeks a Youth Counselor for our Marion QRTP program. You will mentor boys aged 12–17, helping them build skills and positive relationships in a structured residential setting.

Stay calm on tough days, set healthy boundaries, follow through, and lead by example. A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to help youths move forward.

A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field of study is preferred.
