Four Oaks seeks a Youth Counselor for its Mason City PMIC program. You will work directly with boys and girls ages 7–17 in a residential treatment setting, providing structure, encouragement, and accountability as they work toward their treatment goals.

You don’t need all the answers, but you must show up consistently, communicate well, and help youth practice coping skills. If you are dependable, compassionate, and want a role with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field preferred but not required.
• Prior experience working with children in a mental health setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities and basic computer skills in MS Office.

Our team creates a safe, structured, therapeutic environment where youth can develop coping skills, build healthier behaviors, strengthen relationships, and work toward successfully transitioning to their next step.As a **Youth Counselor**, you'll be part of the everyday moments that help our youth grow.
