Four Oaks Enterprise is seeking a Youth Counselor for the QRTP program in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will work directly with adolescent girls aged 12–17, offering structure, support, and positive relationships to help them pursue individual goals.

You will stay calm during challenging days, communicate effectively, and provide consistent encouragement while following through on planned actions. This role is full-time with varied shifts in a nonprofit setting.

Competenze

• Be at least 21 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• Preference for a Bachelor's in a human services field.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
