Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join clinics across Chicagoland on a full-time basis. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, plan and oversee Spravato treatments, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a PMHNP-BC, IL license, REMS certification, and 3+ years of psychiatric experience, with a focus on mood disorders and treatment-resistant depression.

Qualifications

• Master's or DNP in Psychiatry required.
• Active IL Psychiatric NP license required.
• Board Certification PMHNP-BC required.
• Minimum 3 years of psychiatric care experience.
• REMS certification to administer Spravato is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medical history review.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with the care team and monitor progress.
• Administer Spravato (esketamine) per REMS guidelines.
• Monitor patients during treatments and provide follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on Spravato therapy and alternatives.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and advocate for patients.
