Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC invites a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our Tinton Falls, NJ team. You will lead medication management for patients, collaborate with TMS and Spravato providers, and develop individualized treatment plans in a supportive setting.

The ideal candidate holds NJ PMHNP-BC or equivalent, a DEA license, and has outpatient psychiatric medication experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in our growing practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients requiring medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with additional TMS and Spravato providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.
