Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers is expanding our clinical services to include medication management. We are seeking a PMHNP-BC to join our Paramus, NJ office and pilot this new program with a collaborative, patient-centered team.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct evaluations and follow‑ups, develop and monitor treatment plans, prescribe psychotropic medications, and document in the EMR. They will also participate in monthly meetings to support program development as we grow.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as a PMHNP-BC.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients requiring medication management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with guidelines and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.
