Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts.
• PMHNP certification.
• Experience providing psychiatric care as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.
• Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Diagnose and manage psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications as appropriate.
• Monitor patients' responses to treatment and adjust medications when necessary.
• Provide ongoing psychiatric follow-up and medication management.
