Job summary

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or experienced PAs to provide psychiatric care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, no nights or weekends, and predictable caseloads within skilled nursing, rehab, and assisted living facilities across NH.

Qualifications

• MSN in Psychiatric/Mental Health required; NH PMHNP certification.
• Experience with psychotropic medications management.
• Active DEA license in NH.
• Optional Family Nurse Practitioners with 3–5 years of psych experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team.
• Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders.
