CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or experienced Physician Assistants to provide psychiatric care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. CHE is a clinician-led organization serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ facilities in 11+ states.
You’ll conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe psychotropic medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in skilled nursing, rehab, and assisted
Competenze
- MSN – Psychiatric/Mental Health required with ANCC PMHNP certification.
- Experience in psychotropic medication management.
- Active DEA license.
- FNPs with 3–5 years psych experience may be considered.
Mansioni
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
- Collaborate with an integrated care team (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, nursing staff).
- Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders.
- Consult on complex or unusual clinical cases.
