The NP will evaluate psychiatric needs, contribute to Treatment Plans, and prescribe/oversee medications for individuals in clinical programs, collaborating with the PROS team for coordinated care. Responsibilities include case management, conducting psychiatric evaluations as needed, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• MSN degree required; active NP license with the state.
• 1 year of experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Active NP license registered and current; active NPI with Medicaid/Medicare privileges; active DEA registration.

Responsabilités

• Oversees an assigned caseload of individuals.
• Prescribes treatment and medications as needed.
• Monitors prescriptions and reviews lab values; adjusts medications.
